Went out exploring round Blagdon Lake and Chew Valley Lake. New roads (most not of great quality with lots of debris on the road) and lots of nav required making progress pretty slow at first. Legs were a bit tired, need to do more stretching and rolling. More hilly than anticipated but managed to get some speed up on the way back. Stopped for a good snack in Bishop Sutton.

Nice little run around Stockhill, took the orienteering map and ran through the trees which was nice underfoot. Legs felt great!

Impromptu morning run as woke up early! Nice to be out, didn't feel really fast but had fun :)

Steady ride through Puxton, Congo, Claverham and Wrington. Really nice climb up through the woods, was quite slow here but rest of ride ok, maybe felt like I was pushing but not really going anywhere! More stretching and rolling required.
