shoes: Jallas FLX?

cant remember the exact time and distance
had a pretty good run no big errors only a few seconds lost on route choices. liked the map but had som ekiller hill legs that i physically wasnt ready for. i think i got the second fastest leg behind sarah. our team won YAYAYAYAYAYAY good result for my last ever junior race.

didnt have as good a run as throughout the week so abit disappointed but cant really complain, could have been alot worse. great map too cant wait to get onto it again. love the detail. came 3rd behind heather and ness

Orienteering race (York sprint NOL) 15:18 [5] 2.8 km (5:28 / km)

did pretty good todday considering my fitness, didnt stuff up at all really but again was too slow. I was quite abit further back this time but that is not suprising i usally am at the best of times. thought my knee would hurt alot more than it did. taped it but the medial side came off going to the first control so that didnt help at all.

ran pretty good compared to what i thought i would, made no mistakes at all really just was too slow. would have come about 6th all up so i dont know what those other girls were doing out theere. but happy with my run all up. if i can keep navigating like this while i get fitter i will be a gun

ran shit today didnt really make any mistakes t i couldnt keep up physically. was a tough course and my fitness let me down, big time

was soooooooooooo slow running didnt really make any mistakes, pissed off bat how slow i have gotten. didnt push myself enough in the terrain either.
knee hurt warming up, was fine in the bush
got poked in the eye by a stick and it really hurt, took a few minutes to get my sight back
