Textbook Type 2 fun - first hills session in over 2 years! At the Sports centre
6 long hills reps up the track between the two cricket pitches and 3 short up to the first bend on lamppost hill. A bit slippy on the long reps and felt tired on the short (used to fly up that hill). Really heavy rain at times and hail for some of it. Breathing felt a bit tight on a few of them. Otherwise mainly felt hard work due to the weather. Inspired by the possibility of assisting with a JNC attempt this summer.
