After quite a long time helping at parking in the morning, I was a bit tired come the start but was keen to run round the local woods at a biggish event. Quite an uneventful race on my behalf, just jogging it round again, all clean. Will be interesting to look at the routechoices later.

Just jogging this week, as taking a break from hard running to reset the legs.
Bit of a different orienteering experience today compared to O-Ringen, and just a tad easier... coupled with the relaxed pace meant no mistakes and only one wobble. Good training.

Didn't want it to be a rest day but travelling all day so it's gonna be that. Taking it as a bit of an end of season rest weekend. The EYOC - JWOC - O-Ringen racing schedule was great fun but also V tiring. Definitely striggling by the end of O-Ringen.

Now for a little mini season leading into JIRCS and JEC and then the winter work will begin.
