Chasing start, plan was just to take conservative routes, and was feeling pretty relaxed with not much to run for after yesterday’s run.

Didn’t realize I’d forgotten my control description holder until the start, which definitely would have been nice to have today. Fun terrain and was enjoying the orienteering until attacking the control on the long leg 9. For majority of the 10 minutes lost on that control I must have been with 150m of the control, but I couldn’t find it for the life of me.

Warm-up, well not much of one. Just run to the start, relax, do a few exercises, relax, take a pee, do some strides
