Jk relay
Really wasn't feeling it felt so slow and so tired managed to catch Louise up at spectator then mucked up control after. Was on my own for most of it also very very muddy.

Orienteering race 1:18:55 [3] 11.34 km (6:58 / km) +150m 6:32 / km

Weather wasn't brilliant before I started also got lost to the start = you know it's gonna be a great run.
Started of okay slight hiccup to #1 more just trying to get my head around the map. Lost time to #5 as I caught up my 3 minute person this made me lose time to #6 aswell. Long leg had a good plan set off running however my knee started to throb slightly so slowed down a little by the time I reached the main hill towards my control all I could do was walk as my knee wasn't having any of it. Emma ended up catching me up at this point and started drifting away from the area of the control (I should have stayed focused) mucking up a little bit more near the control until I worked out what I'd done and sprinted to the control (realising that Emma was right behind me) kept ahead for a few more controls then my knee started playing up again and I slightly drifted to #10 as there was a stupid extra path.
Rest of the course went okay apart from nearly mp the last control. Lost around 8/9 minutes to mistakes and overall awful fitness due to knee.

Saturday Mar 26, 2016 #

Orienteering 31:37 [3] 3.67 km (8:37 / km) +150m 7:09 / km

Really wasn't looking forward to this I saw the climb and was thinking my knee is going to enjoy this and for most of the course it did.
Mucked up #1 as it was so hidden at the bottom of the hill. ~ lost 1 minute
Then didn't realise I could have taken a path route to #2 ~ lost 40 seconds
Mucked up #12 and slight mess to #13 but it hardly effected me.
Knee went after 13 heading to 14 heading up a hill so had to slow down a bit.
