Orienteering race 44:03 [1] 6.48 km (6:48 / km) +195m 5:55 / km

Midland champs (Longshaw Estate)
W18L 5.6km 195m
Thought I would do the W18 course didn't realise that is was a 100m shorter then the W16 but it was useful to run with a 1:15000 map which I'm not used to.First control was slow as I was trying to get into the map mucked up the second one as I was still not used to the map scale and I wasn't far enough around the hill.
The rest of the course went quite smoothly apart from #12 where I didn't run far enough that was also due to the scale.Overall an ok run.

Bok local Saturday event at Leigh woods thought I would go to it because Cecilie was planning it :)
It an ok run I was just a bit slow after running earlier.
