shoes: Orienteering spikes

Sprint at DVOA Iron Hill. Came a little late so on my own: fine on first 5 controls, a little hesitant on #2. Bobble at number 6 and went over on ankle as well. Walk/skip for about 25 meters to get it back to rights. Rest were fine. FUN! (Thanks Sandy!)

Not bad...mistake at number two and hesitation at 4/5, otherwise fine. Getting tired around number 12.
