Boulder Dash day 2. Going OK 1 through 4. Lost contact a bit toward the end of the long leg to 5 and while relocating I stepped onto a slippery log and skidded sideways, and in catching myself wrenched my back. Walked to 5 to see if I could run, which was uncomfortable, so walked the next 2 controls on my way back to the finish to dnf (they were both on the way back to the parking)

Boulder Dash Day 1. Big mistake out of the start, due to being slightly late and getting rushed through the start and not having time to prepare. Mistake on 13 due to rushing and not having a real plan, and then standing above the control trying to work out where I was for 30s before looking down and seeing it. Doh. Otherwise, just slow and not really used to the detail and navigating
