Twisted ankle from Calero, its not too bad, but I'm taking it easy for my cross country race on Wednesday. Coaches didn't want me running today.

Really good course, I didn't make any big mistakes, I just went slow and focused on the map. I was a little high going to number 7 and became concerned that I was in the wrong reentrent, but after going down hill a little ways I found it

Ran a pretty good race, made one 10 minute error on number 2, but I think I made up a bit of time after that.
