Stromlo with Em and Dean. Dean pulled the pin halfway up the climb, not feeling great.

Rode Slick Rock for the first time in a long time, forgot that its another cool techy descent option to pork barrel.

I then felt dizzy and leight headed down skyline so was happy to get down in one piece. Ceashed when we got home and missed ther socceroos game, but that probably wasnt a bad thing
