A fun run but a shit one.

I took a few controls to get my brain switched on properly even though I felt more up for this run compared to Saturday's.

I was running well until the 7th where I didnt take my planned route to the north of the hill exiting the 6th ans lost 30sec to Shep on this leg. 10 was weirdm I was nailing teh leg and about to spike but then it seemed much higher out of the gully than mapped and i lost about 1min here (see my GPS, I didnt try to make it fit - I reckon the rocks were up on the next contour).

At 11 I didnt have my head together and the alram bells were ringing going down the hill but I couldnt make anything fit. It was good til 18 (12 i havent made the GPS fit properly but i wasnt that far down the hill). 19 I started tp hit the wall on the climb up . 20 was ok til the circle where I couldnt quite mate things fit, the gully didnt seem as pronounced on the ground.

21 was diabolical, I really don't think it should have been a control site, There was lots of rock that could just about of been mapped as bare rock + a lot more than on the map (ie it coudlnt all fit). I lost about 3.5mins where not really knowing what was what/. Buggar!

Apart from 21 it was a really good course and it was a great area. Groin didnt pull up too well from yesterday and troubled me throughout but didnt really hold me back at all.

Wagga State League on Pomingalarna.

A pretty good run, lost some time on 1, 2, 5 and 13, maybe 1.30 all up. A good fun course with some tech stuff interspersed with flat out running. Somehow I managed to get Shep by 20sec

Im now one of those people who can log the Suunto PTE (peak training effect)

wasn't going to play but we would have been short otherwise. Played ok, me and the team, and we won but it was the against the bottom team. Groin was a bit grumpy with me
