Pre-buck ride. Head to Duffy via Bruce to collect Fat Rat. Then a loop of stromlo with Seb, Jose, Pete and Fat Rat. Included a nice lazy stop for an iced coffee

late night andyhill ride home with jeremy and fat rat for parts. Was devastated to get to charnie and discover maccas is no longer 24hrs. I have only had it once in the past year but I was craving a burger

I got talked into play futsal after they had uneven numbers - I played in goals then started to get more inolved as the calf warmed up and felt ok.

Commuting along the creek, slower on the way home, calf was ok but not great.

Took it easy due to the calf but pulled up sore after so its time to rest it, think it was a slight pull and enough to warrant ticking the inured box. I dont want to tear the buggar again like last Jan. In Melb next week and hope to run while down there, might just do some easy riding in the mean time.

Gave the calf a rest after another twinge at the end of yeserday's run bounding up some rocks on Urambi Hill
