First few reps girls ahead took their finish time as start of rest, but after a couple they changed this to the back group which was nice/lucky :)
Feeling OK-not super speedy and fresh but not horrendous. Think this will be the last hard session before the weekend. Maybe easy with faster parts on Thursday.
