with Judy, then 2 miles on my own. HR quite high for the pace I was running, the humidity and temps were draining, and I'm not use to it.

walk to meet Judy on her run (I was unable to motivate myself out of bed, even at 10am) and got a bit damp as the rain from the storm started,...then a walk with Judy later before dinner, had a rain poncho as the rain bands came and went.
