Note

No idea why the Garmin is recording ridiculous amounts of climb . The map data usually shows no changes in altitude. I corrected with a guess tmite today, but no idea why it's doing this. But also I have to do manual downloads with Garmin Express for it to appear on attackpoint.

With Judy and Sam at Hogbo, a sports resort/spa. Judy went in after 30Km., Sam wanted to continue on the 45 Km. route...My hands were getting sore, ( I never understood the flat handlebars, drop bars are so much better) but the 45K had some fast forest, and even paved, roads, so we were done in time for fika.
