Note
(injured)

Ankle is sore from yesterday. I'm thinking that running may be bad for the healing process, especially after reading an article in ONA by MC.

paved running 43:00 [2] 3.5 mi (12:17 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2110

Over and back to Comm Ave with Sam&Hill.

paved running 11:00 [4] 1.5 mi (7:20 / mi)
ahr:150 max:152 (injured) shoes: Asics 2110

Along Comm Ave at T pace. This was good for all, interesting comparison among our HR's. Hill is close to mine, although her max is a lot higher, and therefore she is faster at her T pace. Sam is definately at a higher HR, 175 for T.

trail running 1:35:00 [3] 7.0 mi (13:34 / mi)
(injured)

A run on snow covereed trails in Powisset with Pia, Wendy, Sam, Hill and Ross. After an hour Pia and Wendy headed back and we continued. I tried some trails I had not been on many years and was wandering off the map, when I stepped on a frozen puddle, the ice broke, foot went sliding, I went flying. Landing was OK, but twisted my right ankle pretty bad. Limped out to a road with Ross while Sam and Hill headed back to get a car. I joged in circles for about 20 minutes to stay warm.
Not going to be running for a few days.
