Ultra-Long

Had a pretty clean first loop, but was a bit conservative with route choice which cost time. Then ran out of energy by about 14-15km, pretty much couldn't run and lost plenty of time from pace.

Wore my flats which was a bad idea, really slippery and had a pretty sloppy run overall.

Sprint Final

Better run, a few small parts where I lost time, but otherwise pretty clean. Felt I could have run harder though.
