Going pretty well (7th) up until control 15 or 16 where I lost 3.5minutes. Should have done sub 17 minutes otherwise.

Australian Middle Distance. M20E. 6.3km

A little poor at the approach to controls, probably lost 5-30secs at quite a few controls. And slowed down a lot in the second half. Other than that was pretty good with no major mistakes.

WA Long Championships. Course 5 M21AS. 6.2km.

Wasn't pushing too hard, gotta stay fresh for the rest if the week. Got to controls well, just had a hard time
finding them in the last 20 metres or so. Lost 3 mins after going within 10m of a control.
