Navigated much better today than I have in while. But wasn't feeling the best and lost quite a bit of time because I was slow. Spiked most of the controls, probably lost 3 minutes through wrong route choice, but overall pretty good. Did get fairly hot out on the course, and had a 55 minute period without a drink stop.

Slow/medium warm up, with a little bit of stretching before a 3km timed run.

3km timed run. Pushed really hard for the first km (3:17) then died out doing 3:48 then 3:44. Overall pretty decent time, by my standards.

Easy warm down, bit tight in the calves, but nothing unexpected.
