Went straight into a 3.30 km. Was feeling a bit tight in the legs so jogged the next 2 kms @4.45 each. Then did 5x200m intervals @40 secs with 10 seconds rest. Then finished with a slow jog home for 2kms.

Kicking the footy around at the park with the brother, bit of a warm up for running. Knees felt a little sore, but nothing major.
