All sorts of excuses for not logging at all and not training much including dodgy ankle and slightly broken wrist but it's all pretty boring and none if it is any real excuse.
Have got a bit of a plan for training for the next few weeks so going to get back to it and see how it goes. Basically going to be alternating commuting to work on the bike (25km each way) and getting back in to doing some regular runs.
Still not really sure what I am training for but have some thoughts about ACT and Australian Mountain Running Champs, Bush Capital Marathon and definitely the Bright 4 peaks.
I have exactly zero confidence that my ankle will stand up to any sort of attempt at serious orienteering racing so whilst I'm running at Easter and will run at ACT Champs and Aus Champs these aren't going to be a priority.
