Ran with Kel for the first 30 odd minutes of her long run and at the same time did some spectating at the marathon. Impressed with Nick's 2:34 although he will be disappointed not to have got closer to sub 2:30.

Longest long run for a while, did a hilly 90 min loop with Kelly and then headed out for a flatter, faster 40 min loop after dropping her off.

Hilly loop - lollipop hill, Mount Wanniassa, Isaacs Ridge, Mount Wanniassa, home

flatter loop - Wanniassa bike path, Athlon Drive, Farrer Ridge, Wanniassa Hills.

A bit of friction early on in the run when Kelly decided to deviate from the 'standard' route up to lollipop hill but things soon settled down and civility was restored.

Just realised that this must be the first time since 1995 that I haven't been at an orienteering event at Easter!
