Was relying on our regular alarm clock waking up at normal time but she decided to adjust herself to the change in daylight savings. As a result I woke at 6:22 for a 6:30 departure. Luckily I had organised myself last night so I managed breakfast, an espresso and even cleaned my teeth before departing at 6:35.
Was a little stressed at times whether I was going to make it to Commonwealth Park in time for Kelly to have a decent warm-up for the WAGs fun run. Luckily all worked out and Kelly had a great run to finish in 10th.
Nice route through Wanniassa Hills, Isaacs Ridge, Davidson Trig, around the side of Red Hill (wasn't sure I had time to go over the top), Parliament House and then to Commonwealth Park.
Finally managed to get our for a long run again! Hopefully will manage every week from now on!

Impromptu run which will become a regular on Tuesdays. Picked up Jessica and then drove to pick up Kel from Calwell where she had been training and decided on the spot to run home while Kel drove Jessie home.
Ran 5km tempo and then 1 km easy back home.
Will be even better when we have moved in to Kambah and it is a few km further.
