Running warm up/down (Weston Park Race) 30:00 [2] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure Triax 11

Run down to Weston Park before the race and then afterwards ran around the medium course with Kelly before running back home with OJ and JennyJ.

Orienteering race (Weston Park Race) 14:30 [4] 2.7 km (5:22 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure Triax 11

Really fun race around Weston Park and small part of Uni of Sheffield some fast changes of direction in the open parkland and a couple of good route choice legs. Pretty clean but felt like an oil tanker trying to accelerate and decelerate into each of the controls, knees were pretty sore after track last night. A couple of easy days and should be right as rain for the big race on Saturday.

No watch so no idea of times, slower than Danger and faster than Liz Wild.

Cycling (Loxley Loop) 1:30:00 [3] 40.0 km (2:15 / km)

An estimate of time and distance, possibly less on both counts, I'm waiting for Baker to log it so I can tell (don't have a functioning watch at the moment).

Out Loxley with Baker, Al and MikeS. Predictably Al was too strong for all of us and rubbed it in by turning off for a longer ride when we started to head for home (probably relieved that he wouldn't have to keep on waiting for us!)

Nice cake and rubbish coffee at Rivelin Park cafe afterwards. Great Pancake and nice coffee at home just after that.
