Tried running earlier but left calve in particular was too sore. Hit the gym instead with a lot of stretching calves.
Been thinking what races to do this year, and every time I do this I come across races I forget about. So I've compiled a list to keep tabs. I've also included races I've already completed and best result, so if I've had a shocker would like to do again. But there are so many to choose from.
