It's obvious how much form I've lost by not putting in my midweek runs. I need to find the time from work to do them. Only sporadically had full gas for the morning run and the afternoon was never really flat out.

Morning run was going ok, with only small mistakes. Long way round to #9. An extra unnecessary kink to #15. But only a handful of seconds lost.

Then inexplicably tried to cut through to #24. Even if I could get through, it only would have saved me a few seconds. I'd convinced myself I'd seen elephant tracks. In the end, had to back track to where I started after getting my feet wet twice and cutting my legs on the undergrowth. Lost 2 mins. Idiot.

Much better run in the afternoon, if not quite as fast. Took a slightly longer route round to #12, but was simpler as we moved into the most complex part of the map. Other than that, clean.
