My running felt a bit better today. I did get the train down though. Still, hoping I'm coming out of the trough I've been in. The army event on Weds felt a bit better too. Fingers crossed.

Mostly clean. Quite a good run, I think.

Confused by the map in the circle to #8. The Control Description was right, but I don't think the map looked like what was on the ground and the control was up high and well hidden. Lost about 30s.

Not sure my route to #20 was best, but I just got on with it as there were 2 other people behind me at the time.

Fell into the trap to #25. To be honest, I thought the map was saying there was a path across the river. It's a busy, multi-level part of the map. Lost about 60s. Easier to see afterwards than when you're running.
