Coming into some peak session this week. This hill wasn't a huge gradient but still had some sting Lap Times;

Big week ahead. Went out quite hard on this run but coming off the back of sprints I started to feel a bit lethargic. Took the foot off a little to make sure I have enough to coming into my peak week and then tapering before Easter.

Bit of light jogging and control putting out on my second last active afterschool week. Spent a solid hour or so mucking around on some sprint maps on Catching Features. Will do a bit of foam roller work on the calves tonight before Melbourne.
