2 x 4 x 400m with 60s rest and 5min between sets (to change shoes).
Second set got interrupted by one of the staff at the track who wanted me to check in and wouldn't let me finish my last 2 reps before doing it... Kinda lost my focus for the last 2 after that.
Anyway pretty standard felt fine but getting quite tired at the end. Also there is always a big headwind here once the sun is up which is tricky to work with.
Nice in the sun though.
