Sooo much rain. Didn't really get anything done today except for 2 walks to see the floodwater getting closer and closer.
Had planned a run this arvo but then my eating was a bit all over the place and anyway any good loop/route would have been cut off.
Going to try to get into a better routing with training/eating/sleeping next week.

Easy. Had 2 bananas, 2 gingerbread cookies and 3 glasses of water right before heading out... But either way it was dark and I am tired so was never going to be very long or fast.
