Cormorant Bay parkrun!
Super nice trail course and very chill atmosphere.
Went out a bit too hard including an embarrassing wrong turn about 50m in, and then had no-one to chase for the second half and struggled to push for the second half. Def coming back when the weather is nicer to have another crack at the record.

At Wivenhoe to the other side and back. Water was SUPER clear, could see way past your feet. And quite deep atm too, swimming over land grass at either side. Saw a turtle and some fishies. Very very very nice.
