2km, 2 x 1km, 4 x 500m, 2 x ~240m. 2mins rec except for the 200s which had 1min.
Felt pretty rubbish and back got super sore and tight in each of the recoveries even though I took 2 panadol just before leaving. Probably should've just done an easy run today as pretty tired in general on top of that. Felt a lot harder than it should have. I am blaming part of that on the uphill and headwind coming back on the path.
Also squealed so loudly when I almost stood on a water dragon in the first 500m haha.
But a nice evening and nice lil path here and good to get out.
Splits: 8:40, 4:08, 4:18, 2:06, 2:02, 2:09, 2:08, 54, 55, 54, 52.
