Drizzly Cootha. Snail pace, and it took way longer that I had planned so couldn't fit anything else in that I needed to do before going out this morning. Underestimated how exhausted I am at the moment and should've just slept in instead. Nice morning though and empty trails.

Bit of physio and core at the gym. Had planned weights but just didn't feel up to it after the morning. Spent most of the time here just lying on the mat.
