Easy out the backstreets to Brookfield and back.
Calf lots better, don't really remember feeling it. R hip a little tight. Bit of a struggle to keep going out in the middle bit but good to get it done.
V nice and warm in the sun.

Easy, but tired and almost cut it but was just too nice in the sun. A little of bit breaststroke, hard bc so uncoordinated and couldn’t get the glide right, but fun trying something new.

Intraining speed session
3 x 2km kick with first 1500m at tempo and last 500m at 5-3km pace.
Ran in a gap because there is no one my speed there at the moment, but more than happy to just do my own thing.
Felt pretty good and made each kick faster than the last.
L calf got sore half way through the last one, maybe time for new shoes.
Clear morning and nice orange sunrise.

Faded in the last ones, got distracted and wasn't pushing. Nice to swim fast, been a while!
L shoulder a bit funny.
Will be tired tomorrow but always nice in the pool when its empty before closing so worth it :-)
