Intraining track session
8 x 200m with 200m jog rec then a couple of minutes break before a 400m tt.
Cold but not too bad. Always start each rep too fast and then slow up. Thought I started way too fast but all of them ended up being faster than I had planned and it didn’t feel that hard overall so maybe I am just not as unfit as I feel like I am in my head.
Didn’t get hr up very high today and muscles didn’t really feel like they were working either.
Good to do it with the group though.
