Bunyaville parkrun.
Leggies just didn't want to move and struggled to push myself mentally with no-one around. Cold and a big wind in places. Always fun though!

Secret business at Albany Creek pre running and checking the map for schools champs in a fortnight.
New map but heaps of corrections to make before it's usable. Will be a decent little area once the map is fixed.

Cyclones sprint at City Botanic Gardens + QUT Gardens Point.
Bit rusty and need to get better at speed changes and reading the map while running fast. Looking ahead generally okay but would've struggled had there been more to read, as the first and last parts were in the open.
Fun!
No warm down because I had planned to go to the pool but then we went to dinner instead.

Hard up Cootha and then down again with a long break in the middle (break not included). Plan was x 2 on different sides but about 1k in to the first up I felt like I was able to vom and had to stop at the top until it settled and then just didn't think it was worth attempting another one. Then on the way down, I had a really bad stitch so not fun either.
But very nice arvo and managed to snag a crown on strava so can't complain.
