Hill Orienteering intervals at Chermside with Krystal.
4 x ~400m hard up (different way up each time) and orienteer back down w roughly 3mins break at the bottom. Each one roughly 1km. Extra hill int half way and then a long break at the top for a phone call before the last 2 ints.
Feeling tired and bleh again and legs just don't want to work.
Struggled to push again in the o sections after the track ints up the hill.
Really fun though and that forest is sooo nice at the moment!
