Probably not the smartest route because my glute has been a bit sore again since Broulee and there is a lot of hills around here.

Very fun!!
Chasing another girl for the 1st lap then part way through the second lap she slowed a lot so by myself after that and definitely dropped off the pace having no one to chase.
Getting better at using arms. Takes it off my glute a bit!

10 x 200m w 200m float.
Float kinda turned to jog to maintain rep pace.
Pretty standard, started a bit fast. Aim was roughly 45s for the reps and 1min for the floats. Reps were faster but floats slower so all evened out. Need to start doing longer rep session again. And strength.
Splits: 42, 43, 44, 44, 45, 43, 43, 43, 43, 42.
