No stops! At Jindalee. Not entirely convinced it is 50m but measured it on google maps and it was the same as uq so maybe I just swam fast today after 2 days off. One guy hopped in my lane and swam right infront of me for a while until I got too annoyed and over took - then he swam right on my toes. There was not that many people there either and even an empty lane... ugh But otherwise very nice! Felt smooth and breathing was nice and relaxed.

Weights + bitta core + physio. Glute not happy at all today, think from pool running for too long on Sunday. Going to try to fit in a physio appt soon.
