Pretty tired and very hot and humid but just took it easy and had lots of drink stops.

Cootha efforts.
Hard up to the top, then hard along the top to gold mine, then hard to ch9.
A couple of mins break between them all but didn't time them. Roughly 10mins break total.
Had kinda planned to meet back up with Adrian at ch9, but we took different tracks from the gold mine to get there, and then went looking for each other on the other track so we never actually found each other again.
Very nice morning out, quite sweaty but not too hot and not very crowded yet on the trails.
And somehow had extra time beforehand so got to see the last bit of the sunrise from the summit!

10 x 400m with ~1min rec with Krystal at the grass track.
Grass is a bit uneven here so felt quite Gumby.
Think I freaked myself out a bit beforehand when we were discussing times to go for and I thought there was no way I would be able to do what we were saying after last week's session. But it was actually fine and I got the full 10 done and still had some left in the tank. Same old of not having faith in what I can do. V grateful for K helping me get it done.
