From Sandgate to Redcliffe with Krystal!
Very hot out because we planned so that we would be running when it was meant to be raining. But it didn't rain.
Stopped at the beach showers and bubblers a few times to try to cool off, very fun!
Had lots of energy at the start but luckily Krystal was there to keep me sensible as I was very tired towards the end and r hip/glute sore. Need to crack down on the physio and strength and stretching again.
Nice route and the best company.

Easy round the loop in the drizzle.
A bit of an effort chasing someone for a bit in the middle and felt quite good which was nice.

Hyped after getting 2 bits of good news, one of which meant I had lots more time so got to get out for a run!
Felt quite okay apart from funny tummy and was a very nice evening out.

Got better at keeping cadence up and not starting too fast by the 3rd one.
Head a bit funny, didn't drink enough water yesterday and also from not sleeping well last night.
Big group this morning.

Just staying steady with consistent pace. No point smashing myself after not much sleep and in any case with the little running I've been doing recently I'm not in the kind of shape to pull out something much faster.
