Too much thinking for a good sleep.
Too upset about a little thing to want to go for a run.
And needed to save any energy for working later and definitely didn’t eat enough yesterday so didn’t have much energy to stay good to start with.

Woke up starving so had a smoothie. Almost turned around at the top of the street but kept going a lil further then the smoothie kicked in and I felt quite okay so did the bigger loop. Felt good to get it done. And felt better because I tried to get more food in yesterday though still probably not quite enough.

Easy around. Tired. Had a stop and think about why I was bothering when I could just not run and have so much more energy but figured all the options to get home were about the same so just finished the loop I had planned.
But I also think I had no energy from definitely not eating enough yesterday. And body still adjusting to the heat and humidity again.

Slept in until 9 then had to quickly get ready and go and didn’t finish working until after 8.
Was so nice to have energy after a big sleep!
Still got my step count in being on my feet all day!

Felt very tight in upper body, big stress the next few days. And bonked big time after halfway, didn't eat enough carbs today.
Really nice evening out though!

Intraining Speed Session
3 x 2km with 300m jog rec.
Reps measured slightly long too and meant to be a k rec but I didn't want to make the session thaat long so my lil group just went back to the start.
Felt quite okay but definitely tired. Had a bit of phlegm stuck in my throat for the last one so breathing wasn't great.
In a big gap the whole time, one guy way way out in front and then 2 more 20s behind, but always nice to be out running with others anyway.
Too late for the sunrise now!
