shoes: Brooks Ghost 13

Easy along Swann Rd, perfect temp and nice views.
Sore throat from the last few days turned into runny nose today and then felt like my brain was knocking around while I was running so kept it very short and easy. But apart from that I felt quite good.
New shoes - loved my last pair but these are even nicer in so many ways!

Intraining Speed Session
3 sets of 3 x 200m with 200m easy rec and 1:45 standing rec between sets.
Just kept it steady as I haven't done much speed recently, but was with the group the whole time. Just did this as up and back so got very crowded with the big group at times and turn around was a bit hectic so not able to stretch out too much anyway.
Felt a bit weak, particularly core which is not surprising either.
Pretty warm and humid this morning too.
Then a lil break before tt and got to meet an ex student's new puppy, so so so cute and excited!

Running 11:27 [4] 3.0 km (3:49 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 11

3km tt.
Keeping it steady, trying to keep form strong and just not slow too much.
Didn't even feel as bad as I thought it would and probably could've kept going at the end, so I think I'm letting my head talk myself out of things at the moment.
But anyway still a lil pb so can't complain and just shows that I haven't lost as much as I thought over the past couple of weeks as I thought, so I'm on the right track to ticking off the last couple of things on my list for this year.

Running warm up/down 11:45 [2] 2.07 km (5:41 / km) +8m 5:34 / km
