Loop out through Sherwood to Rocks and back home.
Very hot and humid and leggies a bit tired from yesterday. And a bit late to leave without eating before but didn't want tummy to feel yuck like yesterday. Very glad I wore sunnies even though it was cloudy when I started.
Tried a new gel, very yummy and no tummy trouble afterwards yay!
Lots of cute puppies coming back by the footy fields.

15 x short hills with job back down in St Lucia.
Around 40s each and stayed fairly consistent. A bit shorter than I originally wanted but just stuck with it. Not feeling too good, especially funny tummy since leave home before teaching. Maybe from it being extra humid today.
Bit of an extended wu/wd to get in some missed ks from earlier in the week.
Tested out the new obstacle course playground (For adults) on the way, super fun but would not recommend when it is wet and slippery bc I stacked it and the ground is not soft.

Just keeping it steady as calf still quite tight from Sunday. Some of the recoveries a bit longer than I wanted waiting for the others but much more fun to do it with them. Last one with Zoe before she leaves.

Home from Anzac Park over Cootha, one of our fave loops and mostly in the dark with just the moon which also happened last time we ran this route haha.
Really fun laughing and chatting the entire time. Going to be so strange and lonely running without her.
