Solo 10km TT.
Planned to do one Saturday then chickened out of the race in the evening and couldn't make it fit in the morning so it got moved to today.
Really regret not doing the race - for many reasons but mainly because I just can't push myself enough without others around hurting too.
A bit tired and not in the best headspace so even while I was there I was doubting myself.
Went through first half about on target and through 5k in 20:06. Form suffered and wasn't lifting legs enough so landing quite heavily and feet not too happy from that.
Can't complain for a solo effort but looking forward to racing some others next time.

Intraining Speed Session
Pyramid of 500m, 1km, 2km, 1km, 500m with roughly 500m jog rec.
Took a bit to get going so first 2 reps a bit slower than I would’ve liked but got into it more after.
I was the only one who came to the later session this week, everyone else was at the earlier one so just running by myself. 1km marking about 30m long this week too.
Good temp though and pretty sunrise.
