Intraining speed session.
4 sets 3 x 200m on/off with 2min standing rec. 5mins break before 1km tt.
Felt pretty good through the 200s and just kept them steady. Distance for 200s not super consistent so splits aren't very consistent either. But times for sets are okay.
Not happy with TT - about 200m in my stomach had had enough and felt very yuck. Also wasn't lifting legs enough and didn't do enough to get back up to speed after the turnaround (bc the gate was shut). Should've looked at watch too at the turnaround for a gauge. The wind also picked up for the last 200m and through the tt. And basically doing the whole session solo as only passing the others every now and then. I went to the earlier group this week but it seemed like everyone else went to the later group haha.
Comparing with when I last did this session back in April the tt was a lot faster, but the sets of 200s had longer recovery within and between them, so maybe thats why. And I probably could've recovered better before the tt this time by not re-doing my hair. And maybe I should cut down on the chocolate.
But a fun morning out all the same.
