Really nice arvo out and even got the teeniest bit of rain + a rainbow at the start! A bit slow which was fine until things got tired at the end but really nice to be out with the girls.

I have a heap of excuses but at the end of the day they are still irrelevant. Just wanted a bit more from myself.
Tired body + brain, slept past alarm, path is very windy and there was a bit of a wind, lots of people, dogs, kids on bikes, real bikes etc out, bit of a warm morning too.
But good to do it anyway and definitely gives me lots of things to do better for next time.
Fun to push hard and its a nice place to run. And it was a nice and sunny morning so really can't complain.

Easy pre breakky. Probably wouldn’t have made it out if I wasn’t meeting Zoe but after trying to find her and going back to change into shorts I figured she had slept in so I didn’t end up running with her anyway.

Felt good and would've liked to do at least a third one but started to feel knee a bit in the rec after the second so kept it sensible. Really nice morning and great running with Zoe.
