Running intervals 15:42 [5] 3.25 km (4:50 / km)
shoes: Brooks Hyperion

Track session with Zoe at the grass track.
2 sets of 3 x 400m with 200m steady and 2mins standing between sets.
Would've done more but still being careful about knee, luckily I have Zoe to keep me accountable and do more than I said I would do before I started.
Felt quite good, though right leg lacking power from knee/gllute thing. First 400 in each set a bit fast, and worse in the second set where I was leading.
Good session, nice morning.
Splits: 1:30, 1:33, 1:34 (6:28); 1:29, 1:34, 1:32 (6:24).

Easy pre brekky.
Pretty warm out and no energy because it was so late and I was hungry. But no problems from knee until the last little bit when glute gave up.
Nice morning.

Running warm up/down 10:02 [2] 1.75 km (5:44 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 11

Running intervals 25:48 [4] 5.15 km (5:01 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 11

Little speed session with Zoe
3 x 1km with 1km easy recovery.
Wanted to do more and actually felt really good but trying to be sensible about knee so that I can start running more again. Just kept the reps steady and strong, didn't know how knee would feel and no point pushing it too much at the moment. Recoveries a bit long with waiting for Zoe to run them and start each rep together. Getting cooler, wasn't too hot in long tights and wrists were freezing the whole time. Even finished before the sunrise because of the short session.
Splits: 3:58, 3: 52, 3:41

Running warm up/down 10:19 [2] 1.51 km (6:50 / km) +9m 6:38 / km
