Finally made it out the door ...about 10hrs after originally planned.
Probably should've stuck to the pool today as I struggled to convince myself to do just about anything.
Had a good podcast on so went by quite quickly and knee was mostly okay until I stopped to turn location on as it was dark and I was in a bit of an isolated area. Trying to get more extension at the back which seemed to make knee feel a bit better but also think that glutes are tight or not working enough which is also contributing. Probably should've not gone out but anyway.
Cold pool after was good.

Solo around the water tower in the dark, just a test to check on knee and remember how to run faster.
Still heaps of people out so quite a bit of dodging which got harder as it got darker because I really couldn't see anyone or any dogs until they were right there, especially in the final rep. Stomach felt quite bad, just heavy and yuck even though I last ate 3hrs before leaving but I think it was more from the heat today.
But nice to be out!

Short, easy and flat only for a little while until knee settles. It was a lot better today than Saturday though.

Making up the time I would've done normally.
Actually really enjoyed it once I got used to the cold.
Made me realise how much I miss doing pool running.
Alternating high cadence/high resistance with every song and changing direction of the little circle half way through.
